Question: How can I change my password to something more memorable?

There are 2 ways to do this.

1) The quick way. Simply click here and follow the instructions.

OR

2) You could also use the forgotten password facility. You can do this by ‘signing out’ of the Ignite website by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on the grey ‘Click here to sign out’ link (bottom right).

Now that you’re signed out you’ll be on the login page. Instead of logging in click on the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link and follow the steps. You’ll be sent a link which enables you to create your own password. Done!

Question: I can’t view the next step, is something wrong?

Don’t worry! This is just to make sure you go through the programme in the right order and don’t miss any vital information. Make sure you start with the ‘Welcome’ series and work your way through each step.

Whenever you view a step and you’re ready to move to the next one, click on the big orange button at the bottom. It looks like this:

This tells me that you’ve viewed, downloaded or read everything you need and you’re ready to progress to the next step.

It’s just to stop you accidentally jumping to the wrong place before you’re ready. Any modules marked ‘Coming Soon’ will be released at a specific date (I’ll let you know by email). This is so that I can dedicate enough time to every individual member.
